In May 2009 Alouette -ІІІ helicopters maintenance was started.

In april 2009 Mi-26T helicopter overhaul was completed.

A successful completion of Contract with the Republic of Poland for overhaul of Mi-24 helicopters. The overhaul procedures were carried out in close co-operation and with participation of the Military Aviation Institute of Poland, Warsaw.

Technical specialists from Columbia were trained on Mi-17 helicopter maintenance at the enterprise.

Completion of Contract with India for overhaul of Mi-24 helicopters. In January 2009 the successive 4 helicopters were successfully handed over.

The demonstration and test flights of Mi-8 helicopter equipped with FLIR payload were successfully performed at SE “AVIAKON” premises.

In 2009 SE «AVIAKON» is going to participate in the following international aeronautical and space shows.

Mi-24 helicopter climbed up to the record altitude – 6030m.

In August 28th, 2008 Mi-24P helicopter fitted with Ukrainian aviation engines ТV3-117VMA-SBM1V was triumphantly rolled out. The said engine was developed by the leader of the Ukrainian Machinebuilding Association – “Motor Sich” JSC, Zaporozhye.

The enterprise proceeded to the project on fitting of Mi-8 helicopters of the Border Guard Force of Ukraine with searchlights SX-16.
